Sidelock action features bushed pins, double triggers and automatic safety. Built circa 1902, this was William Evans’ top of the line. Profusely engraved with rose and scroll and deep leaf carved fences, which add a distinctive visual touch. Gun retains a pleasing patina of latent case colors that add a wonderful background. Straight hand stock of exceptional figured French walnut and original flat top checkering. Measures 1-1/2″ heel x 2-1/2″ comb x 14-1/2″ LOP over a leather pad. Weighs 6 lbs, 12 oz.
